Do you do emergency call outs?
During working hours, same day where we can. Outside those hours we are honest about it and will say no rather than leave you waiting.
Who makes good the plaster?
We chase and patch. Final decoration is yours unless you ask us to price it in.
Can we stay in the house during a rewire?
Yes. We work one floor at a time and leave sockets and lighting live in the rooms we are not in.
How long is a condition report valid?
Five years for a domestic property, or at change of tenancy, whichever comes first.
