Terms of business

Quotes

A written quote holds for thirty days. It covers the work described on it; anything found once the work starts is priced separately and agreed with you before it is done.

Deposits and payment

A deposit of thirty percent confirms the booking and covers materials. The balance is due on completion. Invoices are payable within fourteen days.

Cancellation

Cancel more than seven days before the start date and the deposit is returned in full, less any materials already cut or ordered to size.

Guarantee

Workmanship is guaranteed for two years from completion. Manufactured goods carry the maker guarantee, which we register for you.

Insurance

Stonebridge Joinery Inc. holds public liability cover. A copy of the certificate is available on request.
